Training

One hour of private training in your home or at an agreed-upon location within the city of Tacoma. Travel within 10 minutes of Notre Dog Academy is included; locations beyond that will require an added travel fee.

The trainer will administer the Canine Good Citizen (or other AKC) test and provide documentation of passing or not passing. It is up to the owner to send the documentation to the American Kennel Club. AKC charges their own processing fee that is not included in the price of the test.

You must attend a class, workshop, or private lesson before you can book practice sessions!

This is a one hour sessions at the location of your choice with an apprentice trainer. The trainer is not yet certified but has completed their education program and is accruing hours needed to take their exam. They will help you improve your training skills on topics you have already covered with a certified trainer and provide valuable feedback on what to work on and how.
